At Valkyrie Warrior Movement (VWM), we believe that every survivor is a warrior, capable of reclaiming their life with resilience and strength. Valkyrie were female warriors who were “choosers of the slain.” We believe that every survivor gets to choose their own destiny. It is not easy rising up out of the ashes but each one of us has the strength within in themselves to choose life. Our mission is to empower survivors of intimate partner violence and human trafficking by helping them find their voice and build the lives they deserve.

Through education and training, we equip law enforcement, government agencies, community organizations, medical professionals, and the public with a deep understanding of the psychological effects these traumas have on survivors. This awareness is crucial to providing compassionate, effective support that honors each survivor's journey.
